Royal Caribbean\u2019s newest ship, Harmony of the Seas, will homeport in Port Everglades beginning in the winter of 2016.<\/p>\n<p>When it debuts, the new ship will be the largest cruise ship in the world. Harmony of the Seas holds 79 more guest than its sister ship, Oasis of the Seas. Oasis of the Seas will move to Port Canaveral when Harmony of the Seas arrives.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony of the Seas contains 16 decks that hold 2,747 staterooms. At double occupancy, the ship can hold a maximum of 5,479 passengers. The Oasis-class ship features larger staterooms than previous Oasis-class ships, and offers virtual balconies \u2013 electronic views of the outside world \u2013 to guests with inside cabins that lack windows.<\/p>\n<p>Other cool features of the new ship include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seven on-board neighborhoods. The new ship includes this famous Oasis-class ship design. Central Park, Boardwalk, the Royal Promenade, the Pool and Sports Zone, Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center, Entertainment Place and Youth Zone.<\/li>\n<li>Three multi-story waterslides. The first waterslides ever built on a Royal Caribbean ship, these three slides plummet three stories down. One of the largest slides includes a swirling roundabout called the Champagne Bowl. Water slides are located in the Pool and Sports Zone.<\/li>\n<li>A Bionic Bar. Located on the Royal Promenade, the Bionic Bar features robotic bartenders that will mix you that perfect drink \u2013 every time! Debuted last year on the line\u2019s Quantum of the Seas.<\/li>\n<li>Royal WOWBands. The wrist-based passcards allow you enter your room and purchase items aboard ship. They allow access to all the information in your Sea Pass, so you don\u2019t have to carry it with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The state-of-the-art ship also features enhanced WiFi and internet services, a suites-only restaurant named Coastal Kitchen, a full-service Suite Sun Zone sun deck, a lounge packed with classic arcade games, and more.
