Rodeway Inns and Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport\/Cruise Port <\/strong>is the hotel near Port Everglades most favored by cruise passengers, according to a new survey released today.<\/p>\n

During the 2014\/15 cruise season, more than 1,800 passengers from 20 cruise ships embarking from Port Everglades were questioned about their cruise habits.<\/p>\n

The Port Everglades Cruise Passenger Survey found that more passengers selected Rodeway Inn and Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport\/Cruise Port for their pre-cruise stay or post-cruise stay than any other local hotel.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re a full-service budget hotel that offers everything the cruise passenger needs,\u201d says Izzy Fintz, general manager at Rodeway Inn and Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport\/Cruise Port. \u201cWe have free shuttles, free breakfast and free WiFi, and we\u2019re just three miles from the airport or the cruise port.\u201d<\/p>\n

More than half of the passengers questioned said they stayed at a hotel for at least one day prior to their cruises. More than 20% of passengers questioned said they stayed at a hotel for at least one day following their cruises. Of those passengers who stayed at a hotel prior to cruising, nearly half of them also stayed at a hotel for at least one day following their cruises.<\/p>\n
