Sawgrass Mills Mall<\/a>, a 15-minute ride from Rodeway Inn & Suites<\/strong>, is the mecca of outlet\u00a0mall shopping. The largest single-story mall in the country, Sawgrass Mills has more than 350 retail outlets, nearly 40 on-site restaurants and more than\u00a020 movie theaters. There are 12,000 parking spaces at the mall, including a two-story parking garage.<\/p>\n

The mall features three specialty districts, four main shopping avenues and a few entertainment options. The specialty districts include a section of exclusive outlet stores, an open-air mall section and a special fashion district. Sawgrass Mills also features 23 movie screens, a billiard hall and a pair of food courts.<\/p>\n

The mall is laid out in the shape of an alligator, with seven color-coded regions. The three specialty districts are identified on the mall map by the colors:<\/p>\n

Red<\/strong> \u2013 This featured section of the mall, called Colonnade Outlets<\/strong>, boasts more than 40 exclusive outlets not found anywhere else in south Florida. Exclusive stores in the district include Burberry Factory Outlet<\/a>, David Yurman<\/a>, Prada<\/a>, Salvatore Ferragamo<\/a> and Tory Burch<\/a>. District eateries include PF Chang\u2019s<\/a>, Ristorante Villagio<\/a>, Grand Lux Caf\u00e9<\/a> and Ben & Jerry\u2019s<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Purple<\/strong> \u2013 Named The Oasis, this open-air section of the mall features sit-down restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory<\/a>, California Pizza Kitchen<\/a> and Johnny Rockets<\/a>. Also includes Regal 23 Cinema, which offers 23 screens of first-run movies. Around 15 clothing shops in The Oasis district, including Polo Ralph Lauren<\/a>, Reebok<\/a>, Ron Jon Surf Shop<\/a> and Old Navy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Pink <\/strong>– Denotes Fashion Row,\u00a0right next to the Colonnade, which features 16 brand-name clothing stores in one stretch of mall. Anchored by women\u2019s retailer Forever 21<\/a>, the shopping district includes small outlet stores for Columbia Sportswear<\/a>, Steve Madden<\/a>, Calvin Klein<\/a>\u00a0& DKNY<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While the four avenue districts are colored:<\/p>\n

Orange<\/strong> \u2013 Sprawling across the center of the complex, it\u2019s the largest section of the mall. Anchor stores Bloomingdale’s<\/a> and\u00a0Burlington Coat Factory<\/a> are at either end, with Nike<\/a> in the middle. More than 50 shops, including Lego<\/a>, Tommy Hilfiger<\/a>, Victoria\u2019s Secret<\/a>\u00a0& Banana Republic<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Green<\/strong> \u2013 Located at the\u00a0head of the gator, this district features super-sized versions of Super Target<\/a> and BrandsMart USA<\/a>. Also includes retailers FYE<\/a>, Urban Planet<\/a>, Quicksilver<\/a> and Izod<\/a>. Garden Food Court offers 15 dining choices, including Tony Roma\u2019s<\/a>, Subway<\/a> and Popeye\u2019s<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Blue<\/strong> \u2013Anchored by TJ Maxx<\/a> and Bed Bath & Beyond<\/a>, this shopping district can be found in the gator\u2019s belly. It contains nearly 40 stores, many of which are clothing related, including Levis<\/a>, Hurley<\/a> and Aeropostale<\/a>. Snack shops Cinnabon<\/a> and Sushigami<\/a> also are close by.<\/p>\n

Yellow<\/strong> – At the\u00a0tail of the gator, you\u2019ll find anchor stores Marshall\u2019s<\/a>, Sports Authority<\/a> and VF Outlet<\/a>. The section includes children\u2019s stores\u00a0\u00a0Gamestop<\/a> and Disney Store<\/a>, as well as shoe stores Foot Locker<\/a>, Athletic Footwear<\/a> and Crocs<\/a>. Includes a food court with a Rainforest Caf\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Billiard Club at The Oasis<\/a> is a large upscale pool hall with a full bar and more than 2O pool tables. It’s a great place to have a good time with friends, food and pool. GameWorks<\/a>, located in the Blue section, features arcade games for kids and adults. The arcade also includes a bar.<\/p>\n
