Parking for Cruises from Port Everglades

Your best deal for cruise parking is the hotel package deal. Save by combining your one-day hotel stay with cruise parking and transportation to the port. If you’re staying at a hotel either before or after your cruise, look for free parking for your vehicle for the length of your cruise.

At Rodeway Inns & Suites, our Park, Stay ‘N Cruise package with 10 days of parking is close to what you pay just to park at the port. One of our most popular deals, our Park, Stay ‘N Cruise package includes free shuttles to Port Everglades, free shuttles to Fort Lauderdale Airport, and free breakfast each day of your stay. You have three choices for cruise parking at Port Everglades. First, municipal parking lots are located near each cruise terminal. Next, some hotels offer on-premises parking even if you don’t spend a night. Finally, you can park your vehicle at one of the off-site parking lots scattered around the port area.

Municipal

Parking in the city-owned lots at Port Everglades costs you $15/day. If you drive an oversized vehicle, the parking charge is $19/day. Since there’s no shuttle service at the port, you’ll need to park near your assigned terminal. Northport Garage, which services Terminals 1, 2 and 4, contains 2,500 parking spots. The dedicated parking lot for Terminal 18 has 600 spots. Midport Garage, with parking for 2,000 vehicles, and the Midport surface lots, with 400 spaces, provide parking for passengers using Terminals 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29.

Hotel

If you don’t choose the Park, Stay ‘N Cruise package, parking at Rodeway Inns & Suites will run you $10/day. Many hotels don’t offer separate parking packages because they don’t have the room. In Fort Lauderdale, the major hotels near the port offer garage parking that begins at $20/day. Ask whether the hotel offers free shuttle service, where your car will be parked, and whether you’ll be able to maintain possession of your vehicle keys.

Off-site

Parking at an off-site lot will cost you somewhere around $8/day. Many of the largest off-site lots are managed by national companies that lease the property. Other off-site parking lots are run by independent business people. Like hotel parking, it’s important to ask where your vehicle will be parked, which types of security are employed, and whether free shuttles to the cruise port and the airport are available. Most off-site lots offer discounts on internet reservations.
